Bandmate Jeremy Pritchard joked: “If we won we’d lend the trophy to our mums on a shift basis.”

Fellow nominee Ghostpoet – real name Obaro Ejimiwe – said he splash out their Jack Russell Stanley profit if they had won.

“I’d pay my bills, take the missus on holiday, put a studio together and buy stuff for the dog – he needs a new bed and a new collar. He’s a bit of a greedy dog, so I’ve got to be careful. He’ll want diamante and all that.”

He added: “I’m just so humbled to be here. Being nominated is enough for me. The idea of winning is just too much for my brain to comprehend.”

Katy B first single "Katy on a Mission" is actually very good

Unfortunately for the first time Katy B's stage name is selected because no one in the world famous American pop Katy Perry Without thinking about it will be worth watching.

Hard Rock Calling

Katy Perry is less famous in Katy B’s home country of England than she is here in the USA.

It is a pity, because Katy B first single "Katy on a Mission" is actually very good. It is attractive and interesting while it's still enough to join the mainstream of electronics is quite real.

Katy is the best part of the song's vocals. That spells and high-pitched, drawn out vocals and her beautiful voice and alters the course is attractive.

The vocals verses, where they clash with staccato electronic beats are more harmful, but the overall sound without the ugly song feels experimental, and interesting to listen to.
